How do I receive my tickets?

After your payment is confirmed, your tickets are issued and sent to the email address you provided, with a QR code for entry.

My payment is pending — what now?

Payments are confirmed by the payment provider. The order page updates automatically once confirmation arrives, usually within a few moments.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds depend on the organizer's policy for each event. Check the event details or contact us for help.
