Payments are processed securely through our payment providers. Refund eligibility depends on the organizer's policy for each event. Tixota acts as a ticketing intermediary and is not the event organizer.
4. Organizer responsibilities
Event organizers are responsible for the accuracy of event information, for holding the event as described, and for honouring valid tickets.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Tixota is not liable for the cancellation, postponement, or quality of any event listed on the platform.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
